About the company

Ebers Med has one objective: preventing amputations of lower limbs due to diabetes, the leading cause of non-traumatic amputations in the world. They have developed smart footwear insoles with a sensor array designed to study the areas of greatest risk, monitored on a cell phone app. This helps by enabling long-term patient analysis, with intelligent alerts and recommendations on foot care. Ebers is currently carrying out implementation in Argentina, as well as collaborating with institutions to ensure a successful implementation. The Expo live grant will help fund the finalisation of insole prototypes and improving production efficiency.
